Sports interior

By creating this series, Mathias Zwick wanted to capture this intimate and omnipresent presence of sport in the daily lives of some residents of Givors. He shows how sport transcends simple performances to become an integral part of our identity, our home and our way of life. The photographer captures the presence of sport in each of us, then symbolized by accessories to practice it, medals or cups to celebrate it, posters to admire it… By celebrating these sporting passions, “Intérieur Sport” evokes the importance that sport occupies in our society, not only as a physical activity, but also as a vector of dreams, efforts and precious memories.

This edition Stimultania draws heavily on the famous Panini albums. Within the pages of the album, visitors can explore the interiors of the houses and apartments of sports-loving Givors residents. Like a game, the self-adhesive portraits are to be matched with the photographed spaces.
