In 2017, Stimultania opened a creative residency in the Givors region. Over 9 weeks, an artist is invited to develop his approach, without constraint. This first experience ends with the exhibition of Po Sim Sambath at the Mostra, in September - December 2017.

In 2018, Stimultania continues to experiment: to circulate the works within the public space, throughout the residency. Decompartmentalize, shake up habits, develop a reflection on the presence of artists and works within the city. Stimultania invites a photographer, Benoît Luisière, and a scenographer, Stéphane Castet, who work together to think of the installation at the same time as the creation. Their slogan: "do things halfway". And invite the inhabitants to do the rest.

In November 2018, during the first three weeks of residence, they crisscrossed the city, invested in bars, visited the market. They went to the hairdresser for a regulation cut; have redone the illuminated sign of Helder, the Portuguese restaurateur. They took the pose alongside the managers of the bars of the Société Récréative Portuguaise and the Oran association, now enthroned between the image of the President and the trophies. They met the concierges and the inhabitants of the City of the Stars. They talked about useful photography, interior and exterior, opacity and transparency, of self and identity.

In the second period of creation in February 2019, the artists convince the local correspondent of Le Progrès to publish a fake article presenting them as craftsmen recently installed in Givors, the concierge of the Cité des Étoiles helps in the photographic collection of urban D systems , the caravan makes its first outing in town.

The third period, in April, saw new twists and turns. It is mainly concentrated in the city center, around the Cité des Étoiles, emblematic district of Givors. The Tourist Office is installed on the market square and an installation is made with the inhabitants to broadcast the images of System D. A commemorative plaque falls into the water, the other is inaugurated on the terrace of the Gîte des Oliviers , which hosted the artists for 9 weeks. A "cake" of lighters As in Givors is displayed high up, on one of the collective terraces, and mysteriously torn off 20 minutes later. The laughter that was to follow the course of the Rhône is found once on the roof of the caravan and then another at the tip of the terrace, like the prow of a boat.
